Engineered to meet demanding marine propulsion needs, our Kort Nozzles are custom-fabricated using Mild Steel Gr. A or Stainless Steel 316L, based on client-supplied drawings.

We manufacture sizes ranging from 100 mm (ROV thrusters) up to 4000 mm (commercial vessels).

Precision is achieved through CNC cutting, diametrical rolling, and fixture-guided alignment to ensure perfect ID/OD conformity.

Fabrication is carried out by qualified and certified welders, with rigorous stage-wise inspections and hydrostatic testing to ensure structural integrity.

We successfully designed, fabricated, and delivered a GL- approved crane pedestal constructed from Grade E metal sheets, 40 mm thick. The structure was precision-rolled to a diameter of 5 meters and a length of 23 meters, and erected on the platform of a self-propelled crane barge.
